Aaron is a spiritual entrepreneur and catalytic leader who fell in love with two things: Jesus + Soccer.

Out of college Aaron signed a professional soccer contract with the Charlotte Eagles of the USL, who at the time were the only faith based professional team in any sport in the world. During his playing career with the Eagles he developed an inner-city soccer ministry, served as the chairman of the board for ONE 7, and traveled extensively across the world using the game of soccer to reach people who would step foot on the field, but not in the church.

Aaron then became the Head Coach of the Men’s Soccer team at Southwestern Assemblies of God University, during that time God birthed a passion to preach and pastor in the local church.

Aaron’s first church role was as a youth pastor at one of the largest churches in America. Christ Fellowship (a non-denominational multi-site church that is part of the Hillsong Family)  served as a catalyst for Aaron’s leadership under the direction of Lead Pastors Todd and Julie Mullins, and Teaching Pastor Dr. John Maxwell. Since then, he has served in various pastoral roles.

Aaron stayed active in the soccer community coaching the Men’s Soccer team at Palm Beach Atlantic University and training churches, coaches, and professional players in over 25 countries how to transform their communities for Jesus through the game. He now serves as a Pro Soccer Chaplain and the President of Impact City FC, a global soccer ministry offering youth teams, pro chaplains, and international experiences that develop leaders who will change the world.

Aaron holds a Masters in Theological Studies from Liberty University and a BA in Communication from Florida Southern. He and his wife Lauryn have three kids and reside in South Florida.
